3.1 Product descriptions, prices, and main features are displayed on each product page. Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly depending on lighting or device display.
3.2 Prices are expressed in EUR (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. Shipping costs and any customs duties are shown before order confirmation.
3.3 In case of an evident pricing or description error, the seller will notify the customer, who may confirm or cancel the order. If cancelled, all related payments will be refunded in full.

Art. 4 – Registration and Account
4.1 Users may register an account or check out as guests. Registered users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
4.2 Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.3 The seller may suspend or delete accounts used improperly or with inaccurate data.

Art. 5 – Order Process and Contract Formation
5.1 To purchase, users must complete the online checkout and accept these Terms.
5.2 The contract is concluded when the customer receives an Order Confirmation Email summarizing the purchased items, prices, delivery address, and estimated shipping time.
5.3 If an item becomes unavailable after confirmation, the seller will promptly inform the customer, who may accept an alternative item or request a refund.

Art. 6 – Payment Methods
6.1 Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout.
6.2 All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Orders paid via bank transfer will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Art. 7 – Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Worldwide delivery is available.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and confirmed by email. In any case, delivery shall occur within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer absence, the parcel may be returned to the warehouse. Re-shipping costs may apply.
7.4 The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events.

Art. 8 – Transfer of Risk and Ownership
8.1 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Art. 9 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
9.1 EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
9.2 To exercise this right, customers must send an explicit withdrawal notice to support@cumpenbags.com and return the goods within 14 days of communication.
9.3 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9.4 The seller will refund all payments received (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
9.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

Art. 10 – Warranty and Conformity
10.1 All products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable EU law.
10.2 In the event of a defective or non-conforming item, the customer must contact support@cumpenbags.com, providing photos and order details.
10.3 The seller will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with legal obligations.
