This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website, operated by Cumpen International LLC.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and protective materials intact.
    1.3 Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., cosmetics, intimate accessories, etc.).

3. How to Request a Return

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cumpenbags.com with the following details:

  • Full name and order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional)

3.2 Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.
3.3 Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving confirmation from our support team.


4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
4.2 We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
4.3 If the return parcel is lost or not delivered to our warehouse, no refund can be issued without proof of delivery.


5. Refund Processing

5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
5.2 If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5.3 Refunds are issued in EUR (€) and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.4 If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be granted.


6. Exchanges

6.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive another item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through the website.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

7.1 In the rare case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@cumpenbags.com within 3 days of delivery.
7.2 Include clear photos showing the issue and the order number.
7.3 Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.


8. Refund Exceptions

8.1 Delivery delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
8.2 Refused or unclaimed parcels are subject to deduction of shipping and handling fees from the refund amount.
